  When we arrived in the Sunshine Coast we weren't sure of how we were to collect the car but after a short phone call to the car company, we resolved this problem. Once at the office the employee helping us read that we were returning the car after hours. She said to call her 15 minutes before we arrived at the office and she would give us a lift back to the airport. On the day of our departure we called the after hours number, only to be informed that our original arrangements were not going ahead and instead we would have to drop the car at the airport and would have a $30 after hours fee which we hadn't agreed to or even know of until that moment. Whilst on the phone to the car rental company we were also hung up on and mistreated. Besides his the car was clean and very nice , such a shame that this had happened, otherwise a very nice service.

  Great prices and great service! We hired a car from here after emigrating and ended up rehiring repeatedly! They were very accommodating and it was a very personal service. Will definitely use again if hire is needed
