  Had them find Tennant and manage our rental property at Coolum. Had to ask them a few times to get Tennants to mow grass after it reached over 200mm high. At end of Lease they failed to find damaged to Lino floor covering as Tennants had covered it with a large mat. A corner kitchen cupboard door had come off its hinges after the screws had been pull out of the timber door. In the fridge recess on one side the plastic coating the cupboard board had lifted from the ground up to about a metre high. They said this was normal wear and tear. So Tennants weren't responsible for the kitchen damage. They did arranged the lino repair with the company that supplied and laid the lino originally but the holes and ra tear in the Lino didn't get fixed, as it was still hidden by the mat, but other smaller marks did. Both companies blamed each other. We were left with more patches and repairs then necessary which are easily seen. Whole floor needs recovering. Do not use them if you want to keep the value of your investment
